How to measure?

Bottoms

When choosing thermal base layers, make sure the garments fit snugly. This way, they will keep you warm and wick sweat away from your body. Find the right size of base layer bottoms by measuring your waist and the length of the inside leg. Measure your waist at the narrowest point on your bare body. Do not tighten the tape measure and measure as you exhale. Measure the inside leg length from the crotch to the ankle..
