Maintenance

When maintaining your shoes, you also need to think about the insole. It absorbs sweat from the feet, as well as external moisture, so whenever we sweat or get wet in our shoes, we must remove the insoles and let them dry well. This prevents odour and, especially with insoles that are glued together from multiple layers, also extends the life of the insole.

The insole is soft absorbent material and is orthopedic with a heart and arch support to keep my arch from collapsing. I have already bought several of these for other shoes. The quality from the bottom is solid and holds in the shoe is hemmed so it doesn't fray just can't be adjusted to a different shape in the toe. Especially who has a high or sunken arch so the foot doesn't get worse with the arch. I'm satisfied. I had no idea what the benefits would be and I have already described them. They are excellent and I recommend them.

Stélka je z měkkého savého materiálu a je ortopedická se srdíčkem a klenbou, aby se mi nezbortila klenba. Mám jich již více koupených do jiných bot. Kvalita ze spodu je pevná a drží v obuvi je olemovaná tak se netřepí jen nelze upravit do do jiného tvaru ve špičce. Hlavně kdo má vysokou, nebo propadlou klenbu a tak se noha s klenbou nezhoršuje. Jsem spokojená. Netušila jsem jaké bude mít výhody a ty jsem již popsala. Jsou vynikající a doporučuji.
