This one is made of a single piece of wood, so it can also be used for a short time in the oven. The groove around catches the juices, directing them into a well in one of the corners, making it perfect for serving steaks and grilled vegetables, as well as snacks, such as cheese or cold meats. Wood is naturally antibacterial and does not destroy nutrients and vitamins when in contact with food.
